Please note that breed restrictions apply and pets must be commonly recognized domestic animals.

Floor plans range from approximately 826 square feet for our one-bedroom layouts to over 1,379 square feet for our largest three-bedroom residences. Each home is designed with modern finishes and high-end features.

​We provide ample on-site parking for our residents and guests, including the convenience of garage options. While we offer well-lit parking areas and secure access, residents seeking electric vehicle charging can find nearby stations in the surrounding Coral Springs area. Please contact our leasing office for the most current information regarding specific parking assignments and availability.

​Residents have convenient access to the Broward County Transit system, including the Route 34 bus which stops along West Sample Road. Additionally, the City of Coral Springs operates a free community shuttle service with Green and Blue routes that serve various local destinations. These transit options provide easy connections to the wider South Florida region.

​Our community is served by the Broward County Public Schools district. The closest educational facilities for our residents are James S. Hunt Elementary School, Forest Glen Middle School, and Coral Springs High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm current assignments.
